Bank transfer

You can pay for your order by bank transfer. Your package will be dispatched once the payment reaches our bank account, which usually takes 2 to 3 days.

By cash

You can pay for your order in cash upon in-person pickup. Payments are accepted in both Czech Crowns (CZK) and Euros (EUR). Payment by card is not available; however, payment via QR code is possible if you have a Czech bank account.

Cash on delivery

You will pay for your order after it is delivered to you by postman or you will take over it at your local post office. This option is available only for delivery within Czech Republic and the fee for this service is €2.

Delivery

Orders can be picked up in person at the addresses listed below or at selected expos, or they can be shipped by post. Standard packages are dispatched every business day. Packages containing live invertebrates (snails, millipedes, isopods, cockroaches, scorpions, spiders, crickets, and beetles) are shipped every business day except Friday. Vertebrates (turtles, lizards, snakes, etc.) cannot be shipped by post and are available for in-person pickup only. In the event of a public holiday when the post office is closed, packages will be dispatched on the next working day. During the winter season, when overnight temperatures drop below freezing, packages containing animals can only be shipped within the Czech Republic. These shipments require special packaging and a heat pack, which incurs an additional charge of 50 CZK added to the postage fee.

Delivery - European Union

For orders containing only live animals (snails, millipedes, isopods, cockroaches, scorpions, spiders, crickets, and beetles), the shipping fee is 15€. Safe delivery of snails and millipedes requires temperatures between 0 and 30°C. Before placing your order, please verify that the temperatures in your area fall within this range. Packages are usually delivered within 3 to 10 days. Unfortunately, we cannot control transit conditions or delays caused by the carrier or other circumstances, and shipping is entirely at the buyer's risk. Shipments cannot be dispatched during the winter season when temperatures in the Czech Republic drop below freezing.

Delivery - Worldwide

For destinations outside the EU, we only ship breeding supplies and pet food. Live animals can no longer be shipped outside the EU.

Terraristic show Hamm (Germany)

Live animal pickups can be arranged at this expo, but supplies cannot be delivered here. The delivery fee for this service is 60€.

Delivery - Czech Republic

Balíkovna - Parcel Delivery To Hand

Packages are usually delivered the day after dispatch to your chosen address. Balíkovna will keep you updated on your shipment's status via SMS or email, and you can track your package on the Balíkovna website or in their mobile app. The shipping fee is 150 CZK, or 200 CZK for cash on delivery (COD). The maximum allowed package weight is 30 kg.

Balíkovna - Pickup Point

Packages are usually delivered the day after dispatch to your selected Balíkovna pickup point. You can choose from over 2,800 pickup points across the Czech Republic when placing your order. Once your package arrives, you will receive an SMS and an email informing you that it is ready for collection. The shipping fee is 89 CZK, or 139 CZK for cash on delivery (COD), with a maximum allowed weight of 30 kg. For orders containing live animals (snails, millipedes, isopods, cockroaches, scorpions, spiders, crickets, and beetles), only Czech Post branches can be selected as pickup points to prevent animals from overheating or freezing in outdoor lockers. Vertebrates (turtles, lizards, snakes, etc.) cannot be shipped by post and are available for in-person pickup only.

Shipments cannot be dispatched during the winter season when temperatures in the Czech Republic drop below freezing.
